Rob Richards brings over two decades of political and public service experience to the Puget Sound and Olympic Peninsula. A proud veteran of the United States Navy (1996–2000), Rob translates the attention to detail and strategic planning he learned there into proven results.

His political expertise spans the entire campaign lifecycle, from early-stage candidate development and finding a candidate's "Why" to building and managing a full-service campaign team for dozens of successful judicial, municipal, legislative, and county races. Prior to full-time consulting, Rob served as a District Representative for Congressman Derek Kilmer (WA-06) and has held leadership roles in local non-profits, community advisory boards and commissions, and neighborhood associations.

Outside of politics, Rob also consults on community projects, such as Coastal Community Action Program's Coastal Energy Project, and the development of a senior living facility in Tillamook, OR. Rob's experience as a Congressional Staffer gave him an understanding of how community projects come together, are funded, and how to pull in community stakeholders, and partners at every level of government.
